The Enin Apostle is an Old Bulgarian manuscript from the 10th or 11th century. The book is one of the oldest monuments in Cyrillic, letters from the Glagolitic alphabet also occur. It is kept in the National Library of St. It is kept in the National Library of St. Cyril and Methodius in Sofia under the signature 1144. The manuscript was accidentally discovered in 1960 during the renovation of the St. Paraskeva Church in the village of Enina. Workers handed over the badly damaged manuscript (of which not a single complete leaf was preserved) to a local teacher, who took it to the Institute of Bulgarian Language at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
