The house of Ivan Enchev - Vidyu

Ivan Enchev - Vidyu is a Bulgarian painter and illustrator, decorator and cartoonist, artist and stage designer, archaeologist, ethnographer, folklorist and local historian, art critic, writer, public figure and community worker. He is the founder of the first collection of the current Art Gallery in Kazanlak. He was born in Kazanlak on 29 March 1882. Initially he studied in his native town, at the Pedagogical School, where his interests in theatre, painting and antiquities were formed.
