Description
The cemetery park is located near the Church of the Nativity of Christ in Shipka. Over 450 Russian soldiers and officers, mostly from Baron Wrangel's former army, have been buried there since 1924. Many of them participated in the Russo-Turkish Liberation War and also in the battles for Stara Zagora and Shipka.
